Job Summary :

Blasius Kia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Tire and Alignment Specialist.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the Auto industry, located in Watertown, Connecticut.

The ideal candidate will have experience performing tire replacements and alignments, as well as a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine tire rotations, replacements, and repairs
• Perform wheel alignments using specialized tools and equipment
• Inspect tires and recommend replacements or repairs as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment and tire-related issues
• Keep accurate records of work done and inventory levels
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a tire and alignment specialist
• Knowledge of tire and alignment equipment and tools
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• ASE certification is a plus
